Return policy
At Triumph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a flexible return policy.
eligibility
- Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange
- No returns or exchanges on consumables, but products can be replaced if the product is defective or damaged.
- Product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and materials.
- A valid proof of purchase (reciept or order confirmation) is required.
How to initiate a return
Contact us at triumphvepd2@gmail.com to obtain a return number, then ship the item to the returns department. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.
