Our Mission

Triumph is dedicated to breaking barriers put in place by toxic gym culture. We aim to make fitness accessible and welcoming to everyone, especially beginners.

How we do it

At Triumph, we strive to provide beginners with curated starter kits, instructional videos, and live support so that you can confidently embark on your fitness journey. This is done in a monthly subscription format, designed to simplify and individualize ones fitness journey. Each box includes essentials like flavored protein powders, fitness equipment, workout videos, and specialized plans. By bundling these resources, Triumph eliminates the intimidation that often deter new gym-goers.

Company overview

Triumph is a health and wellness company established in October of 2024 at Midwood High School, is a company dedicated to making fitness more accessible and enjoyable. Structurally, Triumph has chosen to operate as a traditional C-corporation. This was decided based on the numerous advantages such as limited liability for its shareholders, access to fringe benefits, and flexibility in shareholder structure.

Social Impact

Here at Triumph, we love to give back to the community. We at Triumph have spearheaded fundraisers within Midwood High School through events such as our Fall Dance, and have even participated in outside park cleaning events with the Marine Park Alliance.

What we've done

At Triumph, we've been able to grow cohesively as a team. At our first mini trade show, we gained a clearer direction for our company, in time for the first Business Plan Competition. At the Local Business Plan Competition, we were able to secure a second place win in our room, thank to our work as a team.
